Our History

We know Local Government. It’s where we started.

CT Management Group was established in Victoria in 1996 by two former Local Government Directors to provide consultancy support to the sector.

Our founders, Peter Drummy and Neville McPherson, were Directors of the CT Management Group until their retirement from the Board in 2011. Mr Drummy continued his involvement in CT Management Group as a consultant until 2014.

From modest beginnings we’ve grown into a national company providing outstanding consultancy services and technical-driven products to Local Government, as well as the public and corporate sectors.

Over 20 years, CT Management Group has assembled a team of Directors and Associates with vast experience in senior management roles in the public and private sector.

By drawing on the diverse skills, passion and expertise of our Directors and Associates, we will continue to help our clients achieve their goals and build capacity within their organisations.
