Appointment of NSW Regional Manager – Jarrod Bryant

Managing Director, Michael Courtney has announced the appointment of Jarrod Bryant to take up the role of Regional Manager, New South Wales from 27 April 2020.

Jarrod will link and work with New South Wales councils to provide CT Management Group products and services over an extensive area of Governance, Financial, Project and Contract Management, Asset Management and Service Planning.

Jarrod is based in Wagga Wagga and has an extensive knowledge of local government having worked with regional and city councils throughout New South Wales and Queensland. His experience includes Department Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Process Development and Community Engagement. Jarrod also previously held the role of Operations Manager for the Australian Rugby Union.

I’ll be seeking to grow CT Management Group’s presence in New South Wales and assisting clients in obtaining great outcomes through the services and products that CT Management Group offer.

Jarrod brings a variety of transferrable skills across a broad range of councils and industry. He has a proven track record in the provision of strategic planning and leadership, project delivery, process improvement and building strong business relationships. Experience across local government councils has resulted in a strong focus on project development and completion, coupled with stakeholder engagement.

Jarrod has qualifications in Local Government Administration, Projects and Sports Management.

Extensive experience includes:

Local Government Management – Management of multiple departments to achieve operational works, capital works projects and strategic delivery. Provision of high level leadership to large numbers of staff and overall program coordination to achieve council corporate and strategic outcomes.

Strategic Planning – Development of numerous strategic plans, venue master plans and resolutions to complex problems.

Project Management – Planning and delivery of a range of Capital Works projects covering properties and facilities.

Operations Management – Staff management, process improvement, budget planning and management in excess of $30M, program development, resource management and improvement, asset management, recruitment and retention.

Jarrod is ideally located in New South Wales to extend CT Management Group’s 25 years of experience in professional local government service provision across the state of New South Wales.
