CT Management Group has appointed Senior Associate Amar Singh to lead the company in facilitating business growth in the New Zealand market.
Initially the priority will be on introducing Service Planning and Asset Management services and products into Councils with an objective of improving financial sustainability.
The recruitment of new Associates will be undertaken to provide for Professional Placements into Councils where projects or short-term vacancies occur.
The NZ Local Government Act 2002 provides legislative direction to the 78 local authorities representing all areas of New Zealand and requires that a local authority must as part of its long-term plan, prepare and adopt an infrastructure strategy for a period of at least 30 consecutive financial years.
The launch of the CT Management Group business into New Zealand is a great opportunity for the development of systems and products and the potential for Associates from Australia and New Zealand to share experience and ideas.
