Leadership Changes at CT Management Group

Succession Planning has been on the Board agenda for some time now.

Succession Planning is the hallmark of a successful business as it refreshes the company’s outlook and manages the risk of replacing key people.

I am pleased to announce changes to the Board at the CT Management Group.

From July 1, 2024, Paula Gardiner will be joining the Board of CT Management Group as a company director and major shareholder.

Paula had an extensive career in Local Government and has considerable experience in project management, capital works, procurement, and engineering in the sector.

“I’m looking forward to working with the Board and providing relevant insight and value adding to the company strategy and direction.”

We look forward to Paula joining us in due course.

Chairman Jeff Kennett has made the decision to retire as Chairman after 13 years.

Jeff joined CT Management Group as the Chairman in 2011 and has provided significant leadership, insight and networks since coming on board.

“I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as Chairman working with my fellow directors and leave the company in good hands.”

Jeff will officially complete his term as Chairman on 31 December 2024.

It is envisaged Michael Courtney will be appointed by the shareholders as Executive Chairman from January 2025.

The current focus is now on the recruitment of a Managing Director to lead the company into the future. We anticipate no disruption to the business during this transition and look forward to your ongoing support.
