As CT Management Group enters a new chapter, we are pleased to announce significant leadership changes that will drive the organisation’s growth and success. The Hon Jeff Kennett, who has served as Chairman with distinction, stepped down at the end of 2024 after a remarkable 14-year tenure. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Jeff for his exemplary leadership and dedication.
Stepping into the role of Chairman is Michael Courtney, who will also continue as Managing Director, a position he has held since 2010. Michael’s journey with CT Management Group began in 2007 when he was appointed as Executive Director. His unwavering commitment and strategic vision have been instrumental in the company’s growth and success. As Michael takes on his dual roles, he remains steadfast in his dedication to further expanding CT Management Group’s reach and impact.
Additionally, we are thrilled to welcome Glenn Patterson as a Non-Executive Director, effective January 1, 2025. Glenn brings over 30 years of senior leadership experience to the table, having served as the CEO of the City of Casey since September 2018. His extensive achievements in local government leadership include tenures as CEO of Yarra Ranges Council, Baw Baw Council, and Colac Otway Council. Glenn’s expertise extends beyond government, having led a Melbourne-based property development group and operated his own property-related business on the Mornington Peninsula. He also serves as Chair of Procurement Australia.
We are confident that Michael and Glenn’s combined experience and leadership will usher in a new era of growth and innovation for CT Management Group. Please join us in welcoming and congratulating them on their new roles.
