CT Management Group is pleased to announce the expansion of its management team with the appointment of Alfonso Della Monica as the new Regional Manager (Victoria and Tasmania) and Malcolm McKenzie as the company’s National Manager of Placements.
Both managers commenced their roles recently and look forward to introducing themselves to our clients across Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania.
Alfonso Della Monica (Alf) | Regional Manager Victoria / Tasmania
Alf joins CT Management Group as Regional Manager (Vic/Tas) and brings with him a wealth of experience after 26 years in a number of governance roles including corporate strategy and planning, finance and project management at the City of Greater Geelong.
Alf takes on the challenging role of identifying new business opportunities for CT Management Group throughout Victoria and Tasmania. Alf sees building a relationship with clients as a priority and brings strengths of striving for continuous improvement, focusing strategically and collaborating with teams to achieve organisational goals.
During his time at the Greater City of Geelong, Alf won recognition for excellence in Annual Reporting, leadership and managing the City’s Transformation Program working closely with the municipal monitors.
Alf continues to refresh his knowledge with qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce, Advanced Diploma in Business Management, and Certificates in Training and Assessment, and Planning for effective Public Participation.
Alf joins CT Management Group’s Regional Management Team which includes Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.

Malcolm McKenzie | National Placements Manager
Malcolm McKenzie has accepted the appointment of National Placements Manager after serving CT Management Group as Regional Manager Vic / Tas since 2015.
Malcolm is a highly adaptable executive with extensive strategic and operational management experience and a strong focus on leadership in service provision.
He is an experienced manager of diverse activities in the private, public and not-for profit sectors, with a particular emphasis on utilities, local government and emergency management.
Malcolm takes on the challenge of recruiting new Associates and expanding business opportunities for CT Management Associate Group of over 90 Associates across Queensland Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania.
Malcolm’s qualifications include a Master of Management from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Risk Management from Swinburne University.
Prior to stepping into consulting Malcolm was the General Manager for the Gippsland Region of the Country Fire Authority, where he headed the Regions operations during and following the Black Saturday Bushfires.
This followed 10 years as the Manager Commercial and Business Services for Monash City Council where he provided strategic leadership and support to Council operations and emergency management functions.
