Over the past 6 months CT Management Group has been delivering numerous major projects throughout NSW. These projects highlight not only the breadth of services that the CT Management Group offers, but also our ability to provide tailored solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Some of the projects include:
- Hornsby Shire Council – Asset Management project consisting of asset condition assessments, structural engineering assessments, CCTV stormwater inspections, and the development of several Asset Management Plans.
- Camden Council – development of a Fleet and Plant Review.
- Federation Council – Rate Harmonisation project including community consultation.
- Murray River Council – development of numerous Asset Management Plans, asset condition assessments, valuations, plant and fleet review, development of sport precinct master plans, development of a sport and recreation strategy, development of Crown Land Plans of Management, and more.
- Temora Shire Council – development of a Recreation and Open Space Strategy and other open space strategy documents.
- Edward River Council – Asset Renewal and Depreciation review.
- Liverpool Plains Shire Council – Workforce Plan development and Special Rate Variation project including community consultation.
We are continuing to develop our coverage throughout NSW through targeted business development activities as well as through submitting proposals for open tenders and quotations that are released to the market.
