Continuing to be mentally challenged is the current career objective for Merv. After extensive experience in management consulting and more than a decade with CT Management Group as an associate and COO, Merv is now the ideal fit in his role as Marketing Manager.
Merv has an enthusiastic approach to his work and enjoys being part of the team. He finds his responsibilities around marketing the products and services CT Management Group provide to support councils and other clients very rewarding, particularly when he receives positive feedback. Merv also plays a key part in our associate recruitment.
Prior to joining CT Management Group, Merv spent most of his career in positions across all aspects of local government governance for five different councils, including the role of CEO. Since commencing with CT Management Group, Merv has appreciated the opportunities he has had to make many new friends across the many states of Australia.
Enjoying the ability to travel from time to time is important to Merv, along with maintaining his health and fitness. Running around after his grandchildren certainly helps in that department.
Merv is a very valued member of the CT Management Group team and someone many people look up to for advice and support. His knowledge and time management skills are second to none, which is evident in his ability to raise the productivity levels of fellow team members.
