Owen Harvey was appointed as an Executive Director in October 2016 and manages CT Management Group’s Queensland region.
A qualified engineer, Owen has over 30 years’ experience working in private sector consultancy firms, and Australian and Queensland government departments in various senior management and project management roles.
He has extensive experience supporting clients in government, local government and private industry on a wide range of building and infrastructure projects across the full asset lifecycle. His expertise and knowledge lie in the following areas:
