Ready, available and willing to get the job done to the highest standard possible is how Sharon defines her attitude and commitment to her role as Business Development Manager of CT Management Group. Her “give it a go” approach has seen her thoroughly enjoy the challenge that comes with the variety and complexity of the work CT Management Group do.
The implementation of the Digital Transformation Strategy, which includes getting a new IT system up and running as well as training the team on how to use it properly, has played a significant part of the responsibilities Sharon has at CT Management Group. She is also in charge of managing some of the larger service projects CT Management Group provide such as, the AMCap and STEP Programs.
Having been part of the CT Management Group team for over 20 years, Sharon has held a variety of roles. Her current position being the highlight of her career, along with becoming a company shareholder.
Sharon has extensive knowledge of CT Management Group and is looking forward to seeing the resulting benefits the new IT system and digital transformation provides the organisation as it is rolled out over the next few years.
While working for one organisation for as long as Sharon has could be considered a home away from home, she still likes to prioritise her time spent with family and friends.
The insight as well as responsibility Sharon has means she is called on regularly and she doesn’t disappoint. Sharon has been an instrumental part in the development of CT Management Group and is an integral part of the team.
