Andrew Chow a consultant in the local government sector, and former Director of Local Government with the Essential Services Commission, was a Guest Speaker at the recent Associates Day held by CT Management Group. Andrew made a presentation to the group on “Rate Capping in Victoria”.
Andrew has also previously headed up the economic regulation in gas, electricity, water and transport at various times within the Commission. Andrew has extensive public and private sector experience covering senior roles in strategic microeconomic reforms with the Victorian Government as well as advisory work with an international investment bank.
