Utilising the NAMAF assessment, CT Management Group can assess council’s asset management governance and develop an Asset Management Policy and Strategy.

The NAMAF also provides for benchmarking and is a critical tool in the AMCap Program – CT Management Group’s national assets management capacity building program.
