There are several significant projects being delivered in NSW currently by CT Management Group in NSW. The following provides a snapshot of those projects underway currently that our Associate Network is diligently working on for our valued clients:
- Waste Management Strategy
- Leisure Centres (x6) Building and Asset Condition Assessments and development of location specific Asset Management Plans.
- Development of a suite of Crown Land Plans of Management.
- Peer Review of a Council-wide Asset Management Plan and provision of an Asset Management Maturity Assessment.
The above demonstrates the breadth of projects that CT Management Group is capable of delivering for our clients, along with the diversity of our Associate skill base. The strength of our Associates as former Local Government Managers, Directors, GM’s/CEO’s and more ensures that we are able to tailor solutions to the needs of our clients and be agile in our response.
2025 is poised to be a productive year with the prospect of similar opportunities coming to fruition given CT Management have numerous tender submissions and RFQ’s being considered currently, many of which are similarly major projects.
