Recent flooding events in NSW and Queensland demonstrated the need for Council’s to have robust Asset Management Plans and data in place. Furthermore, the severe flooding showed the benefit of having strong Emergency Management systems in place and having robust project management skills on hand ready to respond to such a disaster. Many Councils are no doubt scrambling for resources following the flooding and in need of support in some form.

CT Management Group released Direct Marketing Email’s in March to offer support to those impacted. It is timely that further support be offered given many of the impacted Councils will now likely be able to have a better appreciation on the full extent of the damage and the size of the task ahead of them. If you are now seeking project management, asset management or other forms of support CT Management Group have resources that can assist you.
