National Placements Manager
CT Management Group’s National Placement Manager Malcolm McKenzie will be retiring from CT Management Group in October 2023.
Malcolm has held this position since 2015. He has enthusiastically and energetically built the National Placements position over his period of engagement and introduced many new clients and Associates to the company.
Malcolm’s knowledge of the skills and experience of Associates has assisted in constantly placing Associates in roles to provide clients with the resources that they require. Malcolm will continue until retirement and will be supported by our incoming National Placements Manager, Caitlin Kirby.

Caitlin commenced in her role on the 28th of February 2023 and will progressively transitioning Malcolm’s role.
Caitlin brings years of experience in the human resources sector that has spanned international borders and numerous industry verticals. Caitlin has become an expert at supporting clients all over the world with achieving their sales, marketing, talent acquisition and performance targets.
Caitlin is a high achieving professional who balances commercial acumen with a human approach. She is a deeply strategic thinker, very commercially aware and can balance multiple opinions and personalities with ease. Because of this, her singular focus will always be what is in the best interest of her client.
