Kerrie Procko was appointed as an Executive Director in June 2021 and currently is Company Secretary and Chief Operating Officer.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Kerrie manages the CT Management Group head office and oversees the finance area, ensuring that the administrative requirements pertaining to the company are performed accurately and reported where required to the Board in a timely manner. Kerrie’s responsibilities also include making sure CT Management Group is compliant with all its Governance and Statutory reporting requirements.
Kerrie has the privileged ability to call herself the very first employee of CT Management Group. A title she earned in October 2006. In that time, Kerrie has been fortunate enough to have grown with the company, starting as a bookkeeper and receptionist to filling her current position as Chief Operating Officer, a role she considers a highlight of her career along with becoming a company shareholder and now Executive Director.
