Simon Walsh

Simon Walsh is a Fellow of CPA (Australia) with over 20 years of professional accounting experience within the public and private sector.  Simon has a strong track record of innovation through supporting clients and non-financial stakeholders to understand the sustainability challenges of today and into the future and providing professional guidance to develop plans to address.

Prior to joining CT, Simon held multiple roles as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Director Finance in the complex government and private settings of Local Government and Health. These roles included a high degree of strategic focus involving business planning, financial analysis and decision making and long-term considerations of business viability and long-term sustainability.  Simon has worked with businesses such as Barwon Health, Portland District Health, Ramsay Healthcare, Surf Coast Shire, City of Ryde, and Glenelg Shire Council.

As Principal – Financial & Service Planning, delivery and installation of financial products including CT Management Group’s:

  • Long-Term Financial Plan (LTFP),
  • Capital Works Evaluator (CWE),
  • Service Planning Platform (SPP), and
  • Benchmarking Ratios.
