We are regularly hearing news of a natural disaster or other type of significant event that has the potential to impact upon Council delivery requirements. Whether impacted directly or indirectly, it has become clear that there is a growing need for Council’s to be geared-up to face major challenges in the project management space.
CT Management has witnessed an increasing demand for project managers over the last 12-24 months. Whether that be to assist with the workload resulting from recent natural disasters or in response to delivery delays caused by the pandemic, the need for time responsive and flexible project management solutions is apparent.
Fortunately, CT Management is well placed to support Local Government in a variety of ways to ensure that major projects continue to be delivered.
