Our Building Asset Management program provides solutions to Council for:

  • Condition assessment programs
  • Funding a 20-year renewal program
  • Development of a Building Maintenance Management Plan for all buildings and facilities

Key outputs include:

  • An up to date Building Asset Register
  • A current condition report
  • A renewal program
  • A maintenance program that includes the ability to calculate depreciation charges along with estimated replacement of Whole of Life costs

The methodology provides a spatially integrated Asset Register.

This program significantly improves financial planning and risk mitigation for buildings.
